We operate a continuous crawling and enrichment pipeline that builds and refreshes a proprietary dataset of 1,300,000+ global TikTok creators across 14 markets — US, UK, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Spain, Croatia, and Canada. Every creator is structured into queryable attributes — country, follower tier, content category, skin type, skin tone, and contact channel — and scored on performance metrics across multiple time windows (views and engagement over 15-, 30-, 60-, and 90-day windows), so the population is searchable and comparable rather than a frozen list.

How It Works
Our own pipeline continuously crawls TikTok to discover and collect global creators from nano to mega tier — the dataset grows and refreshes continuously, rather than relying on bought static lists.
Each creator is resolved into queryable attributes — country, follower tier, content category, skin type, skin tone, contact channel — and scored on views and engagement across 15/30/60/90-day windows.
Brands are matched to creators on those structured attributes and observed performance signals, so selection is data-driven — not manual sourcing.
The software runs the rest: campaign tracking, automated content-upload tracking, and performance reporting close the loop and feed fresh signal back into the dataset.

PLAYLAB was founded in 2025 in Seoul, South Korea, and is developed within Korea University's Startup Station program. We are a small, bootstrapped team that has built the dataset, the crawling pipeline, and the software entirely on our own data and engineering — with no external or venture funding to date.
